A week ago, we brought you the poster for Cassadaga, now we have a trailer for the horror film directed by Anthony DiBlasi.
The film looks good, but you always have to cringe when a preview touts "the next icon" of horror is coming. I do like the human marionette angle.
Synopsis: Devastated by the death of her younger sister, Lily Morel seeks solace at the spiritualist community of Cassadaga. But instead of finding closure, she contacts something else – the vengeful ghost of a murdered young woman. With her life crumbling all-around her, Lily races to unravel the mysterious circumstances surrounding the woman’s death – a task that will bring her face-to-face with a sadistic serial killer known only as "Geppetto."
Kelen Coleman, Kevin Alejandro and Academy Award winner Louise Fletcher star.
The film debuts at Cassadaga at Screamfest on October 22. For images, follow this link.

Gee I wonder if the guy from True Blood is the one making the human puppets. That was hard.
