I was saying that the movie looks good but the trailer doesn't make the movie looks like the genre-benders that I've come to expect from Diablo Cody. "Juno" was a comedic drama, the TV series she created for Showtime, "United States of Tara" was darkly comic episodic drama. But with the trailer for "Jennifer's Body", I can't make heads-or-tails of the movie. That's what I meant.

Let me get this straight, this is not a remake, not a sequel, not a comic book adaptation, not a biopic....ok, I'll see it !! What i don't get is the hate on Cody and even Juno, to me it's as pointless as Godfather 3 hate, one half hated it just because the other half did, without knowing why !

I do agree that the trailer was alright up until it started trying to be funny. As someone who graduated high school 3 months ago, I can assure you that NO ONE talks the way people do in Diablo's "scripts." Maybe they did in the early 80s, right before she started stripping.

Nobody in the real world is talking like people in movies and i mean every movies, even in an adult drama they always know what to tell as if they were prepared, in order to make the audience cry.

Correct me if Im wrong but Diablo Cody did one movie and that series on tv(which I have not seen) but from my knowledge have both been successful. Im not a huge fan of Juno, but I didn't find it to be even close to being a bad movie. My point is Ms. Cody should be given some damn respect from you crazy ****ers. How the hell do you sleep at night after telling someone to die or go get back on your pole, b/c they made a movie you didn't like. Thats sick. After she'd better herself from being a stripper to now being a somebody(unlike you)with alittle pride in her hands from what she has done. And then you make those type of comments. Screw freedom of speech, get real and get some ****ing help.
Jennifer's Body looks good to me, not something Ill rush to see, but something I wouldn't mine seeing.

Good observation Nunya.. its all about the writing style buddy...she wrote juno which was a piece of crap with dumbass lines and a stupid script..now if she wrote a whole story like that whats to say all of a sudden her second script is going to be different? yea its a horror movie which is differnt but i bet we will hear the same kind of style in things said..juno might have been alright if it wasnt for all the stupid things said that were more annoying than funny.. Megan Fox is hot as hell which almost makes checking out this movie something i'd do..but no thanks.. I'll check this out when i can ripp it offline..wouldnt spend a dollar on this garbage

While I agree with her, and personally believe that no amount of " Awesome! " special effects would have made Transformers 2 a respectable movie, I am certain that this movie will do nothing to help her career or that of her credibility in Hollywood.

Juno was a great movie. The trailer for this movie appears to look good but will have to see the movie to make the final call. As for all the haters, you are a bunch of f**kers who probably loved licking Uncle Bush's balls. Horror movies have never been Oscar worthy kind of film making. They are supposed to be stupid, funny and gory. If they are really good they will have a few scares.
